of the School on Applications of Pulsed Electric Fields for the Food
Industry that was held in Zaragoza (Spain) on January 20-23, 2014
within the framework of the COST Action TD1104 (http://pefschool.unizar.es/),
we are pleased to invite you to submit a manuscript for publication
in a special issue of the Innovative Food Science and Emerging
We will handle all submissions for
the special issue through the online submission and editorial system
for Innovative Food Science and Emerging Technologies (http://ees.elsevier.com/ifset/)
and the paper publication will follow the normal peer reviewing
policy of the journal.
In the cover letter you will provide
with your manuscript, please indicate that you are submitting to the
Special Issue "School on Applications of Pulsed Electric Fields for
the Food Industry".
